This is the most complex cane, but the results are just

| 1. Melt a blob of glass at the end of a clear rod and Maria it. |
| 2. Add a glob of another color. I think this is transparent teal. |
| 3. Burn off the rod, melt even and Maria again. |
| 4. Add a layer of white. |
| 5. You can add as many colors and layers as you like. I think I'll demonstrate adding a layer of goldstone so you know how to do it. |

| 8. Add a large glob of clear to finish it off. |
| 9. Paint a stripe of clear over the goldstone to protect it from burning and bubbling. |
| 10. Paint a stripe of clear from Be sure to touch all the different colors. This serves as a point to 10. Paint a stripe of clear from punty up to and also ensures an even pull. |
| 11. Paint a stripe of clear on the other side too. |
| 12. Heat a mandrel to glowing red and attach it to one of the side stripes. |
| 13. Now you can burn off the rod of clear glass. |
| 14. Punty up another mandrel opposite the first one. |
| 15. Heat the entire glob to glowing red and a nice even football shape. In this picture, the glass is not quite there. |
| 16. Pull the glob out of the flame and let cool a bit. Pull, while twisting one mandrel toward you and the other one away from you. |
